In Thanh Liet ward (Hanoi), Chu Van An Elementary School (formerly Thanh Liet Elementary School) used to use pork products of Cuong Phat Food Co., Ltd.
According to Ms. Tran Thi Loan - Principal of Chu Van An Elementary School, after reviewing, the school recorded that Hanoi Industrial Meal Service Joint Stock Company (the unit providing semi-boarding meals at Chu Van An Elementary School in the 2025-2026 school year) signed a purchase and sale contract with Cuong Phat Company.
From the beginning of March 2026 to this time, the school has had 2 meals (March 7 and March 14) using meat originating from Cuong Phat Food Co., Ltd., but the quantity is not large.
These days are all recorded by us with images and saved samples fully according to the process. However, the inspection is only through paper records and perception" - Ms. Loan said, while emphasizing that the school is a victim of the incident, and she hopes that functional agencies will intervene to verify and clarify.

These are two suppliers that have been strictly inspected, accounting for over 97% of the pork volume that the company imports every day and are disclosed in the entire bidding documents and capacity documents of the company.
Regarding the previous signing of contracts and publicizing dossiers with Cuong Phat, this company said that during operation, to meet the demand for "fresh hot meat" from some customers (a legitimate request from the partner), the company added a number of secondary pork suppliers, including Cuong Phat Company.
This is done by us publicly and transparently. Cuong Phat provides complete legal documents, food safety certificates issued by functional agencies, then we check and review and sign the contract.
