On May 27, the Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board issued a notice on publicizing the Decision approving the compensation, support, and resettlement plan when the State recovers land to implement the investment project to build the road connecting Phap Van - Cau Gie road with Ring Road 3.
The Hanoi City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board said that the unit has coordinated with Thanh Tri Commune People's Committee and Yen So Ward People's Committee to publicly list 188 Decisions approving compensation, support, and resettlement plans when the State recovers land to implement the investment project to build the road connecting Phap Van - Cau Gie road with Ring Road 3.

The public disclosure period is 3 days, from May 27 at the headquarters of Thanh Tri Commune People's Committee, Yen So Ward People's Committee; cultural house of Co Dien A, Co Dien B villages, Thanh Tri commune; posted on the website of Thanh Tri Commune People's Committee, Yen So Ward People's Committee.
During the public posting period, if households and individuals have opinions or petitions, please send them (in writing) to Thanh Tri Commune People's Committee, Yen So Ward People's Committee or Hanoi Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board for consideration and settlement according to regulations.

In July 2023, Hanoi City started the investment project to build a road connecting the Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway with Ring Road 3.
The road is 3.4km long, 60m wide, including 6 lanes for motorized vehicles, 2 mixed lanes with a total investment of 3,441 billion VND.
The completed project expects to solve traffic congestion at the Phap Van intersection, contributing to ensuring traffic order and safety in the inner city area, and promoting socio-economic development in the southern part of the Capital.
