At the above time, a motorbike (unclear license plate) was traveling on the low Ring Road 3 when a pickup truck (unclear license plate) overtook from the right, then the car suddenly steered "cross-traffic" causing the motorcyclist to fall to the road. At this time, there were 3 people on the motorbike (1 woman driving the motorbike, 1 man sitting behind hugging a young child).
According to images from the clip, when the motorbike fell onto the road, all 3 people fell to the ground. Fortunately, these people were not hit by a truck traveling parallel in the same direction.
After falling, the man on the motorbike stood up, hugged the child and ran after the car but failed.
On the afternoon of February 28, the commander of Road Traffic Police Team No. 14 (Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police) said that the unit had received the above information and was verifying and clarifying the license plate of the pickup truck, as well as the information of the motorcyclist being forced to fall.
