"Around 6pm yesterday (August 22), NVH's grandmother discovered a piece of paper in the basket of his car with the content "I'm sorry for not being able to save H, he was drowning...".
At that time, the family and surrounding people immediately searched and knew that NVH had gone to bathe with NPT. The area where they bathed was the riverside of Ninh Co River belongs to Hai Trung commune and borders with Hai Anh commune (Hai Hau district)", said the leader of Hai Trung Commune People's Committee.
As of this morning (August 23), people and authorities are still actively searching for two children, H and T.
Previously, on July 31, at the riverside of Ninh Co River, bordering Truc Dai commune (Truc Ninh district) and Hai Minh commune (Hai Hau district), there were 2 children of NNT (born in 2015) and 2 children of NNT (born in 2017) were siblings residing in Hamlet 31 (Hai Minh commune) who drowned while bathing in the river.
