Stop unnecessary meetings to focus on storm and flood prevention and control; organize 24/7 on-duty forces at agencies and units to proactively handle possible situations.

Prepare forces and means for timely rescue when required. Proactively operate and regulate early, to ensure the safety of the project and the safety of the downstream area.

The Standing Committees of Party Committees of communes and wards focus on leading and directing the timely implementation of telegrams and instructions from the Central and the province; inspecting and evaluating the implementation of measures to prevent and combat storms; absolutely not allowing negligence to affect people's lives and property.

Implementing the direction on proactive response to storm No. 10, the Border Guard Command - Ha Tinh Provincial Military Command issued a sea ban from 7:30 am on September 27 to ensure the safety of fishermen.
