According to the announcement, the People's Committee of Hai Duong City will temporarily stop organizing the recruitment of civil servants for wards and communes in Hai Duong City in 2024 according to the official dispatch of the Department of Home Affairs on temporarily stopping the organization of civil servant recruitment exams at the commune level.
Further information related to the recruitment plan for civil servants of wards and communes in Hai Duong City in 2024 will be announced after receiving guidance documents from competent authorities and posted on the Hai Duong City Electronic Information Portal.
Previously, the Department of Home Affairs of Hai Duong province sent an official dispatch to the People's Committee of Hai Duong city regarding the temporary suspension of organizing the recruitment exam for commune-level civil servants.
The dispatch is based on the Plan of the Central Steering Committee, summarizing the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW on "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the provincial political system to be compact, effective and efficient" from December 1, 2024, temporarily suspending the appointment and nomination of candidates for higher positions for agencies and units that are expected to be reorganized and streamlined; temporarily suspending the recruitment of civil servants until the reorganization of the apparatus is completed according to the Central's direction.
According to the Department of Home Affairs of Hai Duong province, in order for the People's Committee of Hai Duong city to organize the examination for recruiting civil servants at the commune level in accordance with regulations, on December 17, 2024, the Department of Home Affairs sent an official dispatch requesting the Ministry of Home Affairs to give its opinion on the examination for recruiting civil servants at the commune level of the People's Committee of Hai Duong city. Up to now, the Ministry of Home Affairs has not responded because it is still asking for the Government's opinion to respond to provinces similar to Hai Duong.
To ensure that the recruitment of commune-level civil servants is carried out in accordance with the direction and guidance of competent authorities, while waiting for the official written opinion of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Department of Home Affairs requests the People's Committee of Hai Duong City to temporarily stop organizing the recruitment of commune-level civil servants according to the proposed plan.
