The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has agreed on a policy for a business to fully finance the implementation of this project.
Le Loi Street is about 950 m long, starting from Dong Khoi Street (City Theater area) and ending at the square in front of Ben Thanh Market.
The route passes through many major intersections such as Nam Ky Khoi Nghia and Pasteur, and is also associated with a chain of shopping malls, shopping malls and famous tourist destinations. This is also a place where festivals are regularly held, attracting a large number of people and tourists.
However, many townhouses on both sides of the road, including apartments and collective houses, have degraded, with peeling old paint. Many sections of the sidewalk are damaged, the median strip is still rough concrete, not paved with stone, affecting the urban beauty.

The renovation project will include: repainting the entire facade of townhouses along the route; replacing sidewalk tiles with natural stone; paving the median strip of stone and flower beds; adding green areas and miniatures.
The construction unit plans to start work from December 5, ensuring completion progress before Tet to bring a spacious and clean appearance to the central area of Ho Chi Minh City.
