Adjusting traffic on a road in the center of Ho Chi Minh City for many coming days

Nguyên Chân |

HCMC - The Traffic Police Department (PC08) of HCMC Police said it will temporarily ban the car lane on Le Loi Street, from Nguyen Hue to Pasteur from September 4 to 11:00 p.m. on September 8.

According to PC08, traffic adjustment on Le Loi Street is to serve the Vietnam - US friendship exchange event.

To avoid Le Loi Street (car lane) being used to organize the program, people participating in traffic can travel into the mixed lane of Le Loi Street or parallel roads, adjacent to Le Loi Street such as Ham Nghi and Le Thanh Ton streets to avoid congestion, especially during rush hour.

The routes intersecting with Le Loi Street, including Pasteur, Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Dong Khoi, Phan Boi Chau... are still operating normally.

PC08 Department noted that drivers of vehicles traveling through the area where this program is held need to reduce speed and follow the instructions of the traffic police force, forces participating in ensuring traffic order and safety or traffic signaling systems on the road.

Based on the actual traffic situation, the Traffic Police Department will organize forces to adjust traffic flow appropriately, minimizing the impact on the daily lives of people traveling through the organized area and this route.
