The first incident occurred at 6:36 a.m. on May 27 on National Highway 37 in Hu Tri village (Vinh Hung commune, Vinh Bao district). At this time, a passenger car driven by Mr. N.V.T (born in 1983, residing in Hong Dung, Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh province) traveling in the direction of Vinh Bao town towards Chien Luoc bridge collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. N.V.C (born in 1988, residing in Tien Phong commune, Vinh Bao district) going onto the road.
As a result, Mr. C was injured and taken to the emergency room. At 12:00 on the same day, Mr. C died. The initial cause was determined to be that the motorbikes changed direction without observing, the cars did not go in the correct direction.
At 10:00 p.m. the same day, an accident occurred at Dinh Vu - Cat Hai bridge (Hai An district), killing 1 person. Mr. N.V.T (born in 1991, residing in Yen Lap district, Phu Tho province) was driving a motorbike on the bridge from Dinh Vu Industrial Park to Cat Hai. At km5+115 of Tan Vu - Lach Huyen road (Hai An district), Mr. T's car collided with a trailer driven by Mr. N.T.T (born in 1984, residing in Vinh Quang commune, Tien Lang district) in the opposite direction.
As a result, Mr. N.V.T died. The preliminary cause was that motorbike drivers overtaking the vehicle were unsafe. Currently, the two accidents are being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
