On August 26, Lao Dong sources said that the People's Committee of Ca Mau province had an urgent invitation to hold a meeting to review the remediation of consequences for Mr. Ho An Tap, Tan Thanh commune, Ca Mau city. The meeting was chaired by Vice Chairman of Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee Le Van Su.
Meeting participants include representatives of leaders of agencies and units: Department of Justice, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Construction, Office of the Provincial People's Committee (Citizen Reception Department, Department of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Department of Internal Affairs), Ca Mau City People's Committee and a number of relevant units of the city (selected and invited by Ca Mau City People's Committee).
Meeting time is at 2:00 p.m., August 27 at Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee. Ca Mau City People's Committee reviewed and gathered case files (including applications, letters, proposals and recommendations of Mr. Ho An Tap and opinions of relevant agencies and functional units), and sent them urgently to The Provincial People's Committee and units attended the meeting to study in advance. Units attending the meeting study records and documents to give their opinions at the meeting. The Chairman of Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee requested the Heads of departments, branches and localities to attend the meeting according to the content of the invitation.
Previously, the People's Committee of Ca Mau city had a decision to enforce the villa that is considered the most beautiful in Ca Mau province. The enforcement decision also stipulates a time limit for overcoming consequences after 15 days from the date of implementation.
