Regarding the road project connecting Nguyen Luong Bang Street with Tran Nhan Tong Street, by the end of 2024, 2 contractors have implemented more than 40% of the construction volume. Currently, there are 13 households with recovery land that has not received compensation and support for site clearance, 8 households have received money but have not dismantled works and handed over the ground.
Regarding the investment project to build Ring Road 2, the section of Tan Vu - Hung Dao - Bui Vien Street, out of 271 households with agricultural land subject to the project recovery, 201 cases have received money and discussion Delivery of premises. The biggest problem of the project so far is the site clearance work with cases related to tombs and residential land.
