At the conference, the Land Fund Development Center of Thuy Nguyen City announced the land acquisition for compensation and support for site clearance for project implementation. Accordingly, the project of Investment in construction of technical infrastructure for the military land of Regiment 238/Division 363 and the barracks land of Division 363 under the Air Defense - Air Force to serve the site clearance of the project of investment in construction of technical infrastructure for the new urban area North of Cam River in Thuy Duong and Duong Quan wards with a land area of about 10.95 hectares. Of which, Regiment 238 is 8.137 hectares; Division 363 is 2.823 hectares with a total investment of 324.2 billion VND.
Project on Investment in Construction of Technical Infrastructure of the Reserve Military Land of PPK172/e240 Company and PPK171/e240 Company of the Air Defense - Air Force to serve the site clearance of the Project on Investment in Construction of Technical Infrastructure of the New Urban Area North of Cam River in Nam Trieu Giang Ward with a land area of about 8.907 hectares. Of which, the reserve military land of PPK172/e240 Company is 4.297 hectares; The reserve military land of PPK171/e240 Company is 4.61 hectares. The total investment of the project is 145.3 billion VND.
Project on Investment in Construction of Technical Infrastructure of the Official Military Land of PPK172/e240 Company and TL72/e285 Battalion of the Air Defense - Air Force to serve the site clearance of the Project on Investment in Construction of Technical Infrastructure of the New Urban Area North of Cam River in Nam Trieu Giang Ward with a land area of about 9.71 hectares. Of which, the official military land of PPK172/e240 Company is 4.36 hectares; the official military land of TL72/e285 Battalion is 5.35 hectares. The total investment of the project is 122.7 billion VND.
Project on Investment in Construction of Technical Infrastructure of Land Areas under the Navy Command to serve site clearance Project on Investment in Construction of Technical Infrastructure of New Urban Area North of Cam River in Hoa Dong and Lap Le Wards with land use area of about 29.23 hectares. Of which, the land of Squadron 4 is 5.28 hectares; the land of Factory X46 is 23.95 hectares. The total investment of the project is 337.2 billion VND.
After hearing the announcements on policies and guidelines, the majority of households agreed to support the projects and made recommendations, hoping that the City People's Committee and competent authorities would consider providing adequate compensation and support to the people. Immediately after the conference, the Working Group took inventory and made plans for compensation and support when the State reclaimed land and cleared the site to implement the projects; conducted inventory and publicized legal documents for project implementation so that people could understand and coordinate to make plans for compensation and support for site clearance to ensure compliance with regulations and progress.
