Solving all procedures for people in the commune
Speaking at the meeting with voters, Mr. Bui Quoc Huan - Chairman of Lac Duong Commune People's Committee - said that after more than 10 days of operation, the commune government apparatus has been operating stably. The team of cadres and civil servants of the commune is clearly arranged and assigned.
In particular, the commune focuses on arranging appropriate personnel and investing in equipment for the Public Administration Service Center, ensuring smooth operation and avoiding congestion. To date, the center has received 145 records from people.
Mr. Huan admitted that the newly established commune has a large area, difficult transportation, and limited education, causing many obstacles to serving the people.
To overcome this, the commune government has sent forces to directly support and guide people to carry out procedures online; in case people are not proficient in technology, they will be wholeheartedly supported by staff.
"All procedures for people must be resolved in the commune. For issues beyond their authority, commune officials will receive and report to superiors, not allowing people to go to the province, Mr. Huan affirmed.
Lac Duong commune was merged from 3 communes of Da Sar, Da Nhim and Da Chais of the old Lac Duong district. After the merger, the new commune has an area of over 828km2.
The commune has 15 villages with 3,390 households and 14,525 people. Of which, ethnic minorities account for 82.5%; there are 96 poor households in the commune, accounting for 2.83%.
