Da Nang - Hundreds of expired drug sections thrown on the roads in Da Nang were identified to belong to Central Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company 3.

On the afternoon of June 11, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, the leader of the People's Committee of Hoa Hiep Nam Ward (Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City) said that immediately after receiving the feedback, the authorities conducted an inspection and recorded at the scene a large amount of new drug being thrown away on Xuan Thieu 21 Street.

The ward leader said that according to information provided by the police, the above drugs are owned by Central Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company 3, headquartered in Hai Chau District (Da Nang City).

This is a batch of medicine that must be destroyed by the company. However, during the destruction process, a scrap collector picked up the medicine. Because it could not be sold as scrap, this person later brought it to Xuan Thieu 21 Street to throw away.

Previously, as reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, on the afternoon of June 10, the functional forces of Hoa Hiep Nam Ward (Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City) coordinated with the police to inspect and record the scene of a large amount of new drug discovered on Xuan Thieu 21 Street.

At the scene, hundreds of dark brown bottles without labels were recorded, many of which were still tied to plastic bags, thrown between the hay and household waste.

Notably, there are many intact, unused bottle lenses between the bags. Although roughly covered with a black tarpaulin, the medicinal stones were still exposed.

The drug strips clearly print the name "Cetecocenzitax 25mg", the expiration date is August 2026. According to a medical staff member, this medicine helps prevent motion sickness, reduce dizziness, ear muzzles, nausea and vomiting due to vestibular disorders.

Currently, the police have worked with the company and this unit has collected all of the above drugs and destroyed them in accordance with regulations. The authorities are verifying the information of the related scrap trader to clarify the incident.
