On August 30, Hanoi City Police had official information about the collision between a truck and a bus that occurred in Ung Hoa district (Hanoi) on August 29.
According to the report, at around 12:00 on August 29, at the intersection of the inter-commune road in Kim Bong village, Kim Duong commune (Ung Hoa district, Hanoi), a traffic accident occurred between a truck with license plate 29H-795.XX driven by Mr. LVT (born in 1963, in Phuong Trung commune, Thanh Oai district, Hanoi), and a bus with license plate 29B-209.XX going in the opposite direction, driven by Mr. NXĐ (born in 1973, in Minh Duc commune, Ung Hoa district, Hanoi).
At the time of the collision, in addition to the driver, there was also a bus attendant and 12 passengers on the bus.
Immediately after the traffic accident occurred, Ung Hoa District Police and the Traffic Police Department of the City Police, Commune Police, Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Team... were present to protect the scene, take the injured to the emergency room, check their health; at the same time, coordinate with Ung Hoa District People's Procuracy to conduct a crime scene investigation and handle the accident according to regulations.
The above traffic accident injured 3 people, including: Mrs. NTL (born in 1961), Mr. NQH (born in 2009) and Ms. TTTV (born in 2003). The truck and bus were damaged.
The police conducted alcohol and drug tests on the two drivers LVT and NXĐ with the results: No alcohol in the body and negative for drugs.
Truck with license plate 29H-795.xx has no extended bed and is not overloaded.
The initial preliminary cause determined that the truck driver was not paying attention.
The case is being investigated and handled by Ung Hoa District Police according to regulations.
