Da Nang - A truck caught fire in the middle of the Da Nang - Quang Ngai expressway, goods were burned.

On the afternoon of October 23, Road Management Area III said that a truck fire had just occurred on the Da Nang - Quang Ngai highway, causing the vehicle to be completely burned down.

At about 1:45 p.m. the same day, the truck with license plate 74G-001.05 was traveling from North to South. When reaching Km13+320 (in Dien Ban Tay commune, Da Nang city), the vehicle suddenly caught fire.

Discovering the incident, the driver quickly put the motorbike in the emergency lane and left the cabin. However, the fire broke out fiercely, engulfing all the vehicles in just a few minutes.

Traffic police and expressway operations teams were present to direct traffic and ensure traffic safety, while the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police and Rescue Police were deployed to put out the fire. At around 2:00 p.m., the fire was under control.

The incident did not cause any human casualties but caused the truck to burn the frame, and the goods on the truck's cargo were almost completely burned down.

The cause of the fire is being further investigated and clarified by the authorities.
