On October 23, the People's Committee of Son Cam Ha commune (Da Nang city) said that the commune's epidemic prevention task force had just discovered a truck with license plate 92C-206.68, driven by Mr. L.D.Q.P (born in 2000, residing in Xuan Phu commune, Da Nang city), carrying 58 pigs traveling through route DT 614 - the area where African swine fever is being announced.
