The above incident happened on Le Loi Avenue (in Thanh Hoa City), one of the most beautiful roads in Thanh Hoa.
Speaking to Lao Dong Newspaper, a representative of the Traffic Police Team (Thanh Hoa City Police, Thanh Hoa Province) said that the incident happened on the afternoon of November 24. Immediately after learning about the incident, the unit proceeded to verify and clarify the matter.
"The incident happened on a city road, after that we directed the verification, clarification and handling of vehicles violating traffic safety order" - a representative of Thanh Hoa City Police informed.
