On January 24, in Quang Truc border commune, Lam Dong province, Bu Chap Border Guard Station (Command of the Border Guard of Lam Dong province) in coordination with the charity delegation of Otosaigon.com Forum (Ho Chi Minh City) and Quang Truc Commune People's Committee organized the "Border Spring Warms the Hearts of the People" program before the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year.
Within the framework of the program, units presented 100 gifts (each gift worth 600 thousand VND) to policy families and families in difficult circumstances living in the border area of Quang Truc commune.
Bu Chap Border Guard Station also awarded scholarships in the "Raising Steps to School" program to students in difficult circumstances who are being sponsored by the unit.
