The Traffic Police Department requires vehicles, organizations and individuals involved in administrative violations, to the reception points of the Police Department of Binh Thuan Provincial Police Department or the headquarters of the provincial Police Department - where the vehicle owner violates the residence to resolve the case.
Past the 20 days from the date of sending a notice of violations, vehicles, organizations and individuals involved in administrative violations did not come to resolve or the Binh Thuan Police Department of Traffic Police has not yet received the notice of the results of settlement and handling of the case of the provincial Police Department - where the vehicle owner violates the residence, will send the warning notice of violating vehicles to the registration agency.
