Ninh Binh traffic police handle young man sitting cross-legged driving motorbike

Ninh Binh - The Traffic Police Department has quickly verified and handled a young man driving a motorbike with his legs crossed.

From the feedback of a car driver sent to the VNeTraffic App about a clip recording a young man driving a motorbike violating traffic laws on provincial road 482B in Dong Thai commune, Ninh Binh province. In the clip, the young man driving the motorbike sat cross-legged, without wearing a helmet for motorcyclists.

Immediately after receiving the information, Road Traffic Police Team No. 1, Traffic Police Department of Ninh Binh Provincial Police urgently verified and invited the young man in the clip to work.

Through this, it was determined that Pham Duc T (born in 2001, residing in Dong Thai commune, Ninh Binh province) had admitted to being the person who violated traffic laws in the clip.

Traffic Police Team No. 1 made a record of administrative violations for the following violations: Not wearing a helmet for motorcyclists and motorbike riders; driving a vehicle with a rearview mirror on the left side of the driver but it is ineffective; sitting on one side to control the vehicle.
