After receiving feedback from people to Facebook of the Traffic Police Department (CSGT), the Traffic Police Department of Ninh Binh Provincial Police has just conducted verification and invited drivers of cars (blue background license plates, white letters) to violate overtaking in cases where overtaking is not allowed.
Through verification, the violating driver is L.V.T (born in 1978, residing in Hac Thanh ward, Thanh Hoa province) driving a car with license plate 36A-011.xx (blue license plate with white digits). The police agency invited driver L.V.T to work.
Mr. T admitted that at 9 am on January 21, at Km 112 National Highway 10, he drove a car with license plate 36A-011.xx overtaking without using the overtaking signal as prescribed.
Ninh Binh Traffic Police Department made a record of administrative violation against Mr. L.V.T for the above violation, fined 5,000,000 VND, and deducted 2 points from the driver's license.
