On the afternoon of January 30, representatives of the Traffic Command and Traffic Light Control Team (Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police) provided information to Lao Dong Newspaper related to reflections on the traffic light system causing congestion on Nguyen Trai street.
The traffic light system operating causing congestion that people reflected was installed at the U-turn point on Nguyen Trai street (in front of house number 142 Nguyen Trai, near the intersection with Cu Loc street).

Representatives of the Traffic Command and Traffic Light Control Team said that currently the Traffic Police Department (Hanoi City Police) and the Department of Construction are studying a plan to reduce traffic volume on the Nga Tu So overpass towards the inner city during morning rush hours.
