In its latest appearance, the Lamborghini Gallardo has a characteristic yellow exterior, while the Audi R8 has a white color. Both are models that made a strong impression in the supercar segment in the late 2000s.
Lamborghini Gallardo was produced from 2003 to 2013 under the management of Audi Group, and is one of the most successful models of the Italian brand with more than 14,000 vehicles sold globally. In Vietnam, Gallardo was once one of the first supercar models to appear, contributing to opening up the supercar trend in the domestic car enthusiast community.
The Gallardo that appeared in Ho Chi Minh City still retains the original gold paint, uses a set of single silver 5-spoke rims and the interior is maintained in good condition. The current owner is said to be a supercar enthusiast, has owned the car for nearly 3 years and sees this as a memory associated with the early stages of the supercar movement in Vietnam.
In terms of operation, the Lamborghini Gallardo uses a 5.0-liter V10 engine, producing 493 horsepower and a maximum torque of 510 Nm. The car is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in about 4 seconds before reaching a top speed of 309 km/h.
Meanwhile, the 2007 Audi R8 is equipped with a 4.2-liter V8 engine, producing 420 horsepower and 430 Nm of torque. The car comes with a 6-speed semi-automatic transmission and full-time four-wheel drive system, capable of accelerating from 0-100 km/h in 4.6 seconds, with a top speed of 301 km/h.
The return of this supercar duo not only attracts the attention of car lovers, but also evokes a memorable period of the Vietnamese supercar market in the early years of development.
