The Lamborghini Urus SE version is the latest hybrid variant of the high-performance SUV line of the Italian automaker, equipped with a plug-in hybrid powertrain to improve performance while optimizing fuel consumption.
The car uses a twin-turbo V8 engine combined with an electric motor integrated in an 8-speed automatic transmission. In which, the internal combustion engine produces 612 horsepower, while the electric motor provides an additional 189 horsepower. Total system power reaches 789 horsepower, helping the Urus SE become the most powerful version in the Urus line to date.
Thanks to the new powertrain, this SUV can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in about 3.4 seconds, improving acceleration compared to previous internal combustion engine versions.
In addition, Urus SE is equipped with a 25.9 kWh battery pack, allowing the car to operate entirely on electricity for a distance of more than 60 km in standard conditions. The ability to run purely on electricity helps reduce fuel consumption as well as emissions when moving in urban areas.
The addition of the hybrid system makes the car's weight increase by about 300 kg compared to the traditional gasoline version, raising the total weight to about 2,540 kg. However, the SUV model still maintains stable performance thanks to its adaptive suspension and all-wheel drive system.
