In the Vietnamese market, the number of high-performance cars belonging to the Porsche 911 GT3 RS generation 992 is gradually being added, with each configuration carrying a separate optimal operating philosophy. One of the newly revealed cars has a black exterior combined with striking red rims, focusing on aerodynamic factors and weight reduction to maximize operating efficiency on both racetracks and streets.
Porsche 911 GT3 RS (992) is developed in the direction of pure sports cars, using a naturally aspirated 6-cylinder boxer engine, 4.0 liter capacity. This engine block produces a maximum power of 518 horsepower, accompanied by many adjustments to the camshaft and intake system inspired directly by professional GT3 racing cars. Thanks to that, the engine provides fast and linear accelerator feedback, suitable for precise control requirements in high rev range.
All power is transmitted to the rear axle through a 7-speed PDK dual-clutch gearbox - the only configuration applied by the manufacturer on this model. According to the announcement, the car is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 296 km/h.
The standard braking system on the Porsche 911 GT3 RS (992) includes 6-piston front and 4-piston rear brake calipers. In addition, customers can optionally choose high-performance ceramic brakes with the largest size ever equipped for the 911 line, significantly improving braking ability when operating at high intensity.
The car uses lightweight alloy wheels with a size of 20 inches in the front and 21 inches in the rear, accompanied by a central lock mechanism - a detail commonly seen on professional racing cars. The option of super-light magnesium wheels continues to contribute to optimizing overall mass, thereby improving flexibility and body control when cornering at high speeds.
