From January 17, 2025 to February 28, 2025, through professional technical equipment, working groups of the Thanh Hoa Traffic Police Department detected and recorded images of a total of 266 cases of vehicles violating speed regulations on National Highway 1, National Highway 45, and Ho Chi Minh Road, and sent notices to serve the "Cold Penalty" service.
According to the list, there are many vehicles with Nghe An license plates that violate the law as follows: 37N1-336.42; 37H1-700.70; 37C-470.96; 37K-038.42; 37C-279.20; 37A-828.37; 37K-398.68; 37L1-787.46; 37C-214.77.
2. Ha Tinh license plate vehicles violating the law will be fined:
According to the list of fines in February 2025 announced by the Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police, vehicles violating the law have Ha Tinh license plates as follows:
When paying the fine, people need to prepare the following documents:
- For cars: Vehicle registration, Certificate of technical safety inspection and environmental protection, Driver's license of the violator, Citizen identification card of the violator (photocopy 1 copy of each type of document).
- For motorbikes: Vehicle registration, Driver's license of the violator, Citizen identification card of the violator (with each type of document photocopy 1 copy).
