Thai Binh Province
From February 4, 2025 to February 11, 2025, the Traffic Police Department, Thai Binh Provincial Police recorded 86 cases of vehicles violating the Road Traffic Law being fined.
Through the surveillance camera system, 5 vehicles were detected violating the error of Not obeying traffic light signals.

Bac Giang province
From January 27, 2025 to February 2, 2025 through the traffic surveillance camera system, Bac Giang City Police detected 119 cases of traffic safety violations, including 51 cases of running red lights, as follows:

The police noted that from January 1, 2025, the Law on Road Traffic Safety and Order, Decree 168/2024/ND-CP stipulate administrative sanctions for violations of road traffic safety and order; deduction of points, restoration of driving license points in effect.
Some violations of road traffic safety have increased fines compared to before, such as drivers of cars running red lights being fined 18-20 million VND (old level is 4-6 million VND), for motorbike and motorbike drivers running red lights being fined 4-6 million VND (old fine is 800,000 VND to 1 million VND).
The police requested violators to go to the police headquarters where the fine was detected or to the district-level police where they resided to resolve the violation according to regulations.
Within 20 days from the date of sending the notice of violation, if the violator does not come to the police to resolve the violation or the police have not received the notice of the results of the settlement and handling from the district-level police where the violator resides, the police will update the information of the violating vehicle on the Traffic Police Department's website and send a notice of warning of the vehicle to the inspection agency (for vehicles that must be inspected).
The police recommend that people continue to raise awareness of voluntarily complying with legal regulations when participating in traffic, for the safety of themselves and others.
