Politburo member and Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu has just signed and issued Conclusion No. 126-KL/TW of the Politburo and the Secretariat on a number of contents to continue to reorganize and streamline the apparatus of the political system in 2025.
In order to complete the arrangement of the apparatus from the central to local levels in February 2025, the Politburo and the Secretariat requested the Central Organizing Committee to continue to preside over and coordinate with the Party Committees and Party Committees directly under the Central Committee to focus on urging the implementation, guiding, and removing difficulties, inadequacies, and obstacles arising in implementation, not to affect the operations of agencies and organizations in the political system.
It is necessary to strictly implement Directive No. 35 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party and Conclusion No. 118 of the Politburo on adjusting and supplementing a number of contents of Directive No. 35.
Based on the conclusions of the Central Government and the plan and roadmap for implementing tasks in 2025 of agencies, units and localities, the Politburo and the Secretariat requested the Party Committees directly under the Central Government to focus on leading and directing the drastic implementation of the tasks and solutions stated in Conclusion No. 121 on summarizing Resolution No. 18, ensuring the correct roadmap and progress according to the Plan.
Urgently complete the internal organization of agencies and units associated with the activities of Party committees and Party cells (especially for 4 Party committees directly under the Central Government and 2 Party committees directly under the newly established Provincial Party Committees and City Party Committees directly under the Central Government), ensuring the organization of Party congresses at all levels according to the schedule and requirements stated in Directive No. 35 and Conclusion No. 118 of the Politburo.
The Politburo and the Secretariat require that the process of arranging the apparatus and assigning cadres must continue to do a good job of political, ideological, regimes and policies for cadres affected and affected.
Assigning cadres must be impartial and objective in the spirit of "from selecting people", retaining capable cadres, not allowing "gray bleeding", not allowing complex internal problems to arise, not allowing the organization of party congresses at all levels to be affected.
The Politburo and the Secretariat requested that in March, a grassroots congress and a congress of points directly above the grassroots level be held in the early third quarter of 2025.
The Central Organizing Committee studies and advises on amending and supplementing relevant regulations on personnel work to suit the practical situation, reporting to the Politburo and the Secretariat in June.
The Central Inspection Committee presides over and coordinates with the Central Organizing Committee to prepare the content and advise on organizing 19 inspection teams of the Politburo and the Secretariat to work with 69 Party committees, provincial Party committees and centrally-run city Party committees.
The Politburo and the Secretariat assigned the Government Party Committee to direct the Government Inspectorate Party Committee and relevant agencies and units to urgently complete the project to reorganize the inspection system and report to the Politburo.
