Hot spot for speeding violations in Bac Ninh

Bac Ninh - There are 804 vehicles fined for speeding in the week from April 27 - May 3, 2026, according to the announcement of the Provincial Traffic Police Department.

In which, the area with the highest number of vehicles violating speeding regulations is National Highway 1 through Tien Du commune, with a total of 112 vehicles.

In addition, some other areas also have many vehicles fined for speeding violations such as: Km7, National Highway 17 through Song Lieu ward; Km 2+600, DT288 through Hiep Hoa commune; QL1A through Kep commune...

The Traffic Police Department of Bac Ninh Provincial Police requests vehicle owners and violators to proactively look up and comply with handling according to regulations.

At the same time, it recommends that people strictly comply with speed regulations, pay attention to traffic signs, drive vehicles safely, contributing to preventing accidents and ensuring traffic order and safety in the area.

It is known that the fine level for drivers of cars speeding according to the new regulations according to Decree 168/2024/ND-CP is as follows:

Driving a car exceeding the prescribed speed from 05 km/h to less than 10 km/h: A fine of 800,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND.

Driving a car exceeding the prescribed speed from 10 km/h to 20 km/h: A fine of 4,000 VND to 6,000 VND; at the same time, the violator will be deducted 2 points from the driver's license.

Driving a car exceeding the prescribed speed from over 20 km/h to 35 km/h: A fine of 6,000 VND to 8,000 VND; at the same time, the violator will be deducted 4 points from the driver's license.

Driving a car exceeding the prescribed speed by over 35 km/h: A fine of 12,000 VND to 14,000 VND; at the same time, the violator will be deducted 6 points from the driver's license.

The penalty level for the offense of motorbike drivers speeding according to Decree 168/2024/ND-CP is as follows:

Speeding from 05 km/h to below 10 km/h shall be fined from 400,000 VND to 600,000 VND, without deducting points from the driver's license.

Speeding from 10 km/h to below 20 km/h shall be fined 800,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND, without deducting points from the driver's license.

Speeding over 20km/h shall be fined from 6,000 VND to 8,000 VND, minus 4 points on the driver's license.
