The decision clearly states, adjusting the conversion of 1.75 hectares of industrial land to service land to arrange accommodation; and at the same time increasing the area of service land, reducing the area of industrial land, other functional areas are basically kept unchanged.
The plan also adjusts construction targets at some service land plots, with a maximum height of 18 floors, construction density not exceeding 40%; encouraging the application of biological wastewater treatment technology and the use of solar power.
In addition, the technical infrastructure system is reviewed and supplemented to ensure synchronous connection and improve the operational efficiency of the industrial park.
It is known that Que Vo industrial park is located in Que Vo town (old), Bac Ninh province, about 40 km from Hanoi capital.
Que Vo Industrial Park has a total planned area of about 600 hectares, divided into many functional sub-areas including industrial production area, logistics warehouse area, operating area and support service area.
