The 2026 recon 4xe appeared in Jeep's Super Bowl advertisement, so it is not surprising to know that the company has launched a new website dedicated to this model. This not only revealed new images of the upcoming EV but also revealed some details on the car.
While the Wagoneer S looks out onto the street, Jeep confirmed recon will have a powerful sporty version. In addition, the vehicle also has a series of off-road packages that allow the driver to choose many modes when moving.
According to information from the company, the recon and Wagoneer S models will have the same powertrain. If it is true to what the company provides, the new Recon model will have a 100.5 kWh battery pack that provides power for a full-time 4-wheel drive system; 2 engines with a capacity of 500 horsepower (373 kW 50%7 PS) and 524 lb-ft torque (710 Nm).
In addition, there could be a performance variation with 600 horsepower (447 kW/608 PS) and 617 lb-ft (836 Nm) of torque. Regardless of the transmission system, the vehicle's range will be over 300 miles (about 483 km). The Jeep also noted that the vehicle will have a removable door and a one-touch convertible.
Other highlights planned include: Selec-Terrain traction management system; e-locker axle technology, ground protection, hoes and powerful off-road tires.
