The Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police announced a list of cars violating traffic safety order in January 2025 (from January 1, 2025 to January 31, 2025) detected through the monitoring system.
Vehicle owners whose names are on the list can look up information on the website of the Traffic Police Department www.csgt.vn or contact the Traffic Command and Traffic Light Control Team - Traffic Police Department - Hanoi City Police (address 54 Tran Hung Dao, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City; address 0692196440), or contact the Traffic Police Team - District Police where their permanent residence is registered.

The police noted that from January 1, 2025, the Law on Road Traffic Safety and Order, Decree 168/2024/ND-CP stipulate administrative sanctions for violations of road traffic safety and order; deduction of points, restoration of driving license points in effect.
The police requested violators to go to the police headquarters where the fine was detected or to the district-level police where they resided to resolve the violation according to regulations.
Within 20 days from the date of sending the notice of violation, if the violator does not come to the police to resolve the violation or the police have not received the notice of the results of the settlement and handling from the district-level police where the violator resides, the police will update the information of the violating vehicle on the Traffic Police Department's website and send a notice of warning of the vehicle to the inspection agency (for vehicles that must be inspected).
The police recommend that people continue to raise awareness of voluntarily complying with traffic laws, for their own safety and that of others.
