In the Porsche car enthusiast community in Vietnam, the number 911 ranges from the 930 Turbo, 996, 997 to 991 and 992 generations. However, deep-life models like 997 are increasingly rare, mostly collected by real enthusiasts. The 997 in this article is equipped with a VGT body kit fromvorsteiner, combining many details that have been changed according to the owner's personal style.
Notably, the taillights have been upgraded from 997 to a design by the 991 generation, bringing a more modern look. The original Forged rims were replaced with 5 fan spoons reminiscent of the classic 911 model, accompanied by Michelin tires with dimensions of 265/35ZR20 at the front and 295/35ZR20 at the rear. The large " duck" tailings and military blue sticker help the car stand out in the middle of the street.
The Porsche 911 Carrera 997 uses a 3.6-liter 6-cylinder flat-twin engine, producing 321 horsepower and rear-wheel drive. This is a replacement for the 996 generation, launched in 2004 for the 2005.
Compared to the senior, the 997 is inspired by the design of the 993 with a typical round headlight, while also being improved at the same time with an drag coefficient of only 0.28. The interior of the car still carries the traditional 911 spirit, but is refined to be more modern and luxurious.
