The Traffic Police Department, Dong Nai Provincial Police informed the list of vehicles violating traffic safety order, which will be fined in the province from September 1, 2025 to September 15, 2025.
Among these, Tay Ninh license plate vehicles violated the following violations:
Vehicle owner running a red light: 70C-038.70
The owner of the vehicle violated the speed limit: 70A-477.28; 70A-490.95.
Previously, Lam Dong police informed the list of fines from July 11, 2025 to August 15, 2025. Among these are the owners of Tay Ninh license plates as follows:
Vehicle owner running a red light: 70A-478.51; 70A-582.52.
Vehicle owners traveling in the wrong direction on a road with a "No traveling in the wrong direction" sign: 62A-231.31; 70H-010.10.10.00.
Vehicle owners turning left at a place with a sign prohibiting left turns for the type of vehicle being driven: 70A-478.51; 70A-582.52.
People note that Circular No. 51/2025/TT-BCA amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 79/2024/TT-BCA of the Minister of Public Security regulating the issuance and revocation of vehicle registration certificates, license plates of motor vehicles and specialized motorbikes takes effect from July 1, 2025.
Accordingly, from July 1, license plates in Tay Ninh will only include the symbol: 62.70.
The Ministry of Public Security said that traffic violators can go to the traffic police department where people live or where they are found to be violating to resolve fines.
However, the Traffic Police Department informed that currently, people are gathering at the headquarters to handle violations of fines in large numbers, some places are overloaded and people have to wait a long time.
To create the most favorable conditions for people, without having to wait and travel far, the Traffic Police Department recommends:
People proactively look for fines. If there is a violation, people need to go to the traffic police department where they have permanent residence to handle it, should not go to the place where the violation was discovered in another locality, which is both overloading the authorities and requiring long trips.
The information that needs support is to be requested for people to send information about violations, the place of detection of violations, addresses and contact phone numbers to the mailbox of the Road and Railway Traffic Patrol and Control Guidance Department under the Traffic Police Department for specific instructions. The police note that the Law on Road Traffic Safety and Order, Decree 168/2024/ND-CP stipulating administrative sanctions for violations of road traffic safety and order; deduction of points, restoration of driving license points take effect from January 1, 2025.
Accordingly, the fine for speeding by cars from 05 km/h to less than 10 km/h: Fine from 800,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND.
Fine for driving a car at a speed exceeding the prescribed speed limit from 10 km/h to 20 km/h: Fine from VND 4,000,000 to VND 6,000,000; at the same time, the violator will have 2 points deducted from the driver's license.
The fine for driving a car at a speed exceeding the prescribed speed limit is from over 20 km/h to 35 km/h: Fine from VND 6,000,000 to VND 8,000,000; at the same time, the violator will have 4 points deducted from the driver's license.
The fine for driving a car at a speed exceeding the prescribed speed limit by more than 35 km/h: Fine from VND 12,000,000 to VND 14,000,000; at the same time, the violator will have 6 points deducted from the driver's license.
The fine for a car driver running a red light is 18-20 million VND.
The police recommend that people continue to raise awareness of voluntarily complying with traffic laws, for their own safety and that of others.
