The police requested violators to go to the police headquarters where the fine was detected or to the district-level police where they resided to resolve the violation according to regulations.
Within 20 days from the date of sending the notice of violation, if the violator does not come to the police to resolve the violation or the police have not received the notice of the results of the settlement and handling from the district-level police where the violator resides, the police will update the information of the violating vehicle on the Traffic Police Department's Electronic Information page and send a notice of warning of the vehicle to the inspection agency (for vehicles that must be inspected).
The police recommend that people continue to raise awareness of voluntarily complying with traffic laws, for their own safety and that of others.
