On September 21, 2026, Pon Phu Thai Mobility Group (PPTMG) announced that it has officially taken over the authorized dealership operation of Bentley Motors in Vietnam from August 27, 2026.
According to information from PPTMG, the legal entity formerly CT-Wearnes Vietnam Co., Ltd. has been renamed Pon Phu Thai Luxury Cars Co., Ltd., and has also taken over all existing rights and obligations. The transfer aims to bring Bentley business operations in Vietnam into PPTMG's system.
PPTMG is a joint venture between Pon Holdings and Phu Thai Holdings, operating in the field of car distribution and operation in Vietnam. Currently, this group is representing and operating Jaguar and Land Rover brands in the domestic market.
With the takeover of Bentley, the luxury car brand portfolio that PPTMG is operating is further expanded. According to the business, the orientation in the coming time is to maintain Bentley's business operations, after-sales service and global standards in Vietnam.
Notably, during the transfer phase, Bentley car owners in Vietnam are informed that they will continue to use warranty, after-sales and support services without interruption. Existing rights are received along with the operation of the new legal entity.
PPTMG said that taking over Bentley is part of the long-term investment orientation in the luxury and super-luxury car segment. This business also emphasized maintaining Bentley's characteristics, including handicrafts and personalized services.
Bentley's move to a new operating unit takes place in the context that the luxury and super-luxury car segment in Vietnam continues to have the participation of many international distribution and retail enterprises. With this change, Bentley will operate in Vietnam under the legal entity Pon Phu Thai Luxury Cars.
