Regarding this issue, the Ministry of Health responded as follows:
Currently, the regime of preferential allowances for vocational for civil servants and officials working at public health facilities complies with the documents: Decree No. 56/2011/ND-CP of 4.7.2011 of the Government; Decree No. 05/2023/ND-CP of February 15, 2023 of the Government amending a number of articles of Decree No. 56/2011/ND-CP stipulating the regime of preferential allowances for occupations for civil servants and officials working at public health facilities; Joint Circular No. 02/2012/TTLT-BYT-BNV-BTC dated January 19, 2012 of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of Decree No. 56/2011/ND-CP.
Mr. C is an official of the Provincial Center for Disease Control, professional title of Environmental Engineer Grade III, who has not provided enough information about the job position capacity framework approved by competent authorities, job title and assigned work according to job position to determine the specific job preferential allowance level according to regulations.
