On February 25, Quang Tri Department of Health said that it had just organized the final round of the 2026 Health Sector Sports Festival.
With nearly 600 athletes from 42 units directly under the provincial health sector, the 2026 Quang Tri Provincial Health Sector Sports Festival took place in a vibrant, fierce but also full of solidarity atmosphere.
Athletes competed in 2 main sports, badminton and volleyball, dedicating eye-catching matches, showing skillful technique and honest sportsmanship.
The 2026 Quang Tri Provincial Health Sector Sports Festival successfully concluded with notable awards. In badminton, the first prize in men's doubles group 2 and men's - women's doubles group 2 both belonged to athletes from the Provincial Center for Disease Control.
Meanwhile, the first prize in the men's doubles group 1 belonged to the representative of the Provincial Center for Disease Control, and the first prize in the women's doubles group 1 belonged to the Provincial General Hospital.
Besides sports competitions, the Sports Festival is also an opportunity for officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the health sector of Quang Tri province to show solidarity and exchange learning from each other. Athletes not only competed fiercely but also showed respect and mutual support throughout the matches.
