In which, Viet Phuc Saigon Hospital Joint Stock Company (Saigon Reproductive Support and Andrology Hospital), located at 87 Ly Chieu Hoang, Ward 10, District 6, was fined 213 million VND.

At the same time, force the removal and deletion of advertisements with content that has not been confirmed by a competent state agency before implementation; stop advertising special products, goods and services without confirmation from a competent state agency.

Violations by the facility include: practitioners not registering to practice as prescribed; conducting tests without completing the procedure for self-declaration of meeting biosafety standards; providing medical examination and treatment services beyond expertise...

MEGA GANGNAM International Investment Joint Stock Company (Nguyen Khac Nhu, Co Giang Ward, District 1) was fined 90.7 million VND and suspended from operation for 4.5 months.

This company used drugs, substances, and devices that interfered with the human body at a facility that was not a specialized cosmetic hospital or cosmetic clinic; did not wear a name tag, did not list prices for medical examination and treatment services; and traded in goods of unknown origin (the value of the violating shipment was 2.9 million VND).
