T (about 11 months old) while choosing old clothes at a 0-dong clothing stall (old clothes for the side of National Highway 80B) in Phu Loc hamlet, Vinh Xuong commune, An Giang province, when 2 strangers (1 male, 1 female) came to talk.
At this time, Ms. H's baby girl was being played on the floor at the clothing stall. Ms. H left her child at the stall, then took the bag of clothes and ran down to send it to a coffee shop about 50m away, then returned and did not see baby T anywhere.
Leaders of Vinh Xuong Commune Police said that the baby's family's circumstances are difficult. At the time of receiving the report, the unit coordinated with functional forces and people to mobilize forces to search everywhere, but so far there has been no information about the baby.
