On June 7, the Vung Tau area working group (Traffic Police Department of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Provincial Police) launched a patrol to control and rectify passenger transport business activities by four-wheeled vehicles with engines (electric or gasoline) in the area.
At around 7:50 a.m. on June 7, the patrol force discovered and stopped a vehicle 72HC-001.95 labeled LIKA Tourism Trading Company Limited for inspection. Thereby, it was discovered that driver N.T.C (born in 1964) could not present vehicle registration documents, driver's licenses, compulsory civil liability insurance, the vehicle did not have a badge...
During the work, driver N.T.C explained that all documents and driving licenses were kept by the company, so he could not present them. However, the force required him to present his driver's license via the VNEID application, but this person could not present it.
Therefore, the patrol force drew up a record of the violation, temporarily detained and brought the vehicle to Thang Tam Ward Police for further handling. However, driver C refused to sign the records, saying that the company was working with the authorities.
At around 11:11, the force continued to discover that the vehicle 72HC-001.99 was transporting passengers in violation of regulations. During the inspection, the driver had a driver's license but could not present other documents as prescribed.
According to the Vung Tau area working group, the Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police and the Provincial People's Committee have issued a document directing the functional forces to regularly inspect and handle violations in the transportation of tourists by four-wheeled vehicles with engines. Although they have organized propaganda and dissemination and some businesses have strictly complied, there are still cases of violations.
In the coming time, the force will continue to increase patrols and supervision, resolutely handling violations in the transportation of tourists by four-wheeled motorized vehicles in the area.
