On February 2nd, Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee organized a launching ceremony to implement the Decision on coercion and demolition of illegal construction works on agricultural land for violations in the La Nga field area and Do Ngon field area in Bai Noi village.

Kieu Phu Commune Coercive Board implemented coercive measures, forcing Mr. Do Cong Dinh to demolish works on agricultural land (rice land) with a total area of violation: 28.85m2.
The construction items include building cement brick walls 5.5m long, 3.5m wide, 1.2m high, with an area of 19.25 m2. Building houses with iron fences 4.6m long, 2.1m wide, 1.5m high. Area 9.6m2. Building corrugated iron walls averaging 1.3m high, 40m long in each direction, gates made of corrugated iron walls.
Kieu Phu Commune Coercive Board also implemented coercive measures, forcing Mr. Kieu Van Man to dismantle all waste soil gathered on agricultural land (rice land) with a total violating area of 430.2m2. Dumping waste soil mixed with bricks, stones, and concrete on an area of 430.2m2. The violating location is Land plot No. 2902, map sheet 03, area of 1,170m2, La Nga field, Bai Noi village,
Before organizing coercion, Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee fully implemented the steps in accordance with legal procedures; issued notices; and at the same time strengthened propaganda and mobilization, requesting violating households to voluntarily dismantle illegal construction works, transport waste soil mixed with bricks, stones, and concrete out of the violating area, and remedy the consequences.
Through propaganda and mobilization, by the time of implementing the Coercive Decision, households did not take measures to dismantle and transport waste soil mixed with bricks, stones, and concrete out of the violating area on agricultural production land. The Commune People's Committee has launched a campaign to implement the coercive decision according to regulations.
At the scene, functional forces mobilized excavators and trucks, proceeded to dismantle the violating construction, and at the same time transported the entire volume of waste soil, bricks, stones, and gravel out of the violating area, restoring the state of agricultural land according to regulations.
The coercion process was carried out publicly, transparently, according to plan, according to procedures, and received the consensus and support of a large number of local people.
Through coercive measures, the Commune People's Committee affirmed its determination to resolutely and strictly handle violations of the law on land and construction order, not to let new violations arise, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management of land in the commune.
Kieu Phu Commune People's Committee also requested organizations, households and individuals in the area to seriously comply with the provisions of land law, not to arbitrarily build works on public land or agricultural land; and at the same time coordinate with local authorities in land management and use, contributing to maintaining order, legal discipline and serving the sustainable socio-economic development goals of the locality.
