10 new projects in Soc Son district

    Hanoi - The City People's Committee approved the addition of 10 projects to the 2025 Land Use Plan of Soc Son district.

    Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong has just signed a decision to adjust and supplement the 2025 land use plan of Soc Son district.

    Accordingly, the City People's Committee approved additional land use plans for 10 projects, with a total area of 352.02 hectares.

    The newly registered projects of Soc Son district are: New urban area C1-9 in Mai Dinh commune; renovation and upgrading of Tan Minh B Primary School; construction of Bac Phu Commune Health Station; Primary - Secondary School at land plot I.1.2 THCS1 and I/1.2 TH1 under the Soc Son urban subdivision planning project, zone 1; construction of Senior Hospital, facility 2...

    In addition, the City People's Committee adjusted the content of "Inventory of works and projects included in the 2025 land use plan, including 154 projects with a total area of 1,770.32ha" to "Inventory of works and projects included in the 2025 Land Use Plan of Soc Son district, including 164 projects with a total area of 2,122.34ha".

    Other contents stated in Decision No. 125/QD-UBND dated January 8, 2025 of the City People's Committee remain in effect.
