Disciplinary action to expel former Vice Chairman of Dong Nai and former Vice Chairman of Hau Giang People's Council from the Party

The Secretariat decided to take disciplinary action by expelling from the Party Mr. Tran Ngoc Thuan, Vo Van Chanh, Nguyen Van Tien.

On June 6, 2025, at the Party Central Committee Headquarters, after reviewing the proposal of the Central Inspection Committee on disciplining violating Party members, the Secretariat found that:

Individuals: Tran Ngoc Thuan, former member of the Standing Committee of the Central Business Party Committee, former Secretary of the Party Committee, former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Rubber Industry Group; Vo Van Chanh, former Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, former Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai Province; Nguyen Van Tien, former Member of the Provincial Party Committee, former Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Hau Giang province has decadated in political, ethical and lifestyle ideology; violating the Party's regulations and laws of the State in performing the assigned duties and tasks, in the prevention and anti -corruption, wasteful and negative; Violating the regulations on what party members must not do and the responsibility to set an example, causing very serious consequences, public opinion pressing, adversely affecting the reputation of the Party organization, local authorities and agencies and working units.

Based on the content, nature, extent, consequences, and causes of the violation; according to the Party's regulations on disciplining violating Party members, the Secretariat decided to take disciplinary action by expelling from the Party Mr. Tran Ngoc Thuan, Vo Van Chanh, and Nguyen Van Tien.

Propose that competent authorities promptly enforce administrative discipline in line with party discipline.
