Nghi Duong Commune People's Committee coordinates to organize the payment of compensation and support money to households with land within the scope of the Ngu Phuc Industrial Park infrastructure development investment project (phase 1).
During the payment session, 118 households in Xuan Doai village received compensation and support with a total budget of nearly 94 billion VND. Payment work was implemented publicly, transparently, in accordance with the law, ensuring the legitimate rights of the people.
The payment process took place seriously, safely, with close coordination between local authorities and bank units, creating favorable conditions for people to receive money quickly and accurately.
Timely payment contributes to creating consensus among the people, accelerating the progress of site clearance, and early project implementation, thereby promoting industrial and socio-economic development in Nghi Duong commune.
The Ngu Phuc Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Investment Project has a scale of 238.6 ha, implemented from the second quarter of 2025 to the end of the second quarter of 2030. This is one of the large-scale industrial parks in the southern coastal economic zone of the city, expected to become an attractive destination for investors.
