On April 15 and 16, 2026, the Compensation, Support and Resettlement Council for site clearance of the Mineral Exploitation Project as a filling material for the construction of Gia Binh International Airport in Con Vinh Tru area (Le Dai Hanh ward, Hai Phong city) organizes the payment of compensation and support money to organizations, households, and individuals whose land is recovered.
Accordingly, on April 15, 2026, payments will be made to 25 organizations, households, and individuals (phase 2) according to Decision No. 642/QD-UBND dated March 16, 2026; on April 16, 2026, payments will be made to 167 organizations, households, and individuals (phase 3) according to Decision No. 671/QD-UBND dated March 25, 2026 of Le Dai Hanh Ward People's Committee, in Tru Thuong and Tru Ha residential groups.
The total amount of compensation and support in the 2 payment phases is 54.987 billion VND, to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of people whose land is recovered, serving socio-economic development goals for national and public interests.
Payment work is organized at the Cultural House of Tru Thuong residential group, in the morning from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM, in the afternoon from 12:30 PM until completion, with the coordination of relevant units, ensuring security and order. BIDV Bank, Bac Hai Duong Branch, participates in supporting payment, ensuring quick, accurate, and regulated payment.
Organizations, households, and individuals when receiving money shall complete the procedures according to regulations, and at the same time sign a commitment to hand over the land according to the approved plan.
The payment of compensation and support contributes to accelerating the progress of site clearance, creating consensus among the people, limiting the occurrence of complaints and petitions, and creating favorable conditions for investors to deploy project construction according to plan.
