In this phase, Nghi Duong Commune People's Committee paid a total amount of 83,817,846,000 VND to 121 households and individuals with land within the scope of recovery to implement the project. In which, the old Ngu Phuc commune area has 43 households and the old Kien Quoc commune area has 78 households.
Payment work is carried out publicly, transparently, to the right beneficiaries, in accordance with regulations, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people. Relevant agencies and units have coordinated to guide people to carry out necessary procedures, check dossiers and organize payments to ensure convenience and safety.
The Ngu Phuc Industrial Park Infrastructure Development Investment Project has a scale of 238.6 ha, implemented from the second quarter of 2025 to the end of the second quarter of 2030. This is one of the large-scale industrial parks in the southern coastal economic zone of the city, expected to become an attractive destination for investors. The project is of great significance to the orientation of infrastructure development, attracting investment, creating jobs and promoting socio-economic development of the locality. The implementation of compensation and support payments contributes to accelerating site clearance progress, creating conditions for the project to be implemented according to plan.
