According to information from the People's Committee of Hai An Ward, as of noon on September 13, 14 households with land within the scope of the investment project to build the Ring Road 2, Tan Vu - Hung Dao - Bui Vien section have voluntarily handed over the site, creating conditions for the project to be implemented on schedule. On the same morning, the working group of the Ward People's Committee closely followed the scene, coordinated with professional staff to support people in dismantling the construction and relocating assets to ensure safety and efficiency.
The Ward People's Committee acknowledged the spirit of consensus and cooperation of households, and at the same time continued to promote propaganda and mobilization so that the remaining cases could soon hand over the site, contributing to the development of transport infrastructure, improving people's lives and promoting local socio-economic development.
Previously, on September 12, the Ward People's Committee had a dialogue, mobilized and persuaded households whose land was recovered to implement the Decision on enforcement and hand over the site to serve the investment project to build Ring Road 2, Tan Vu - Hung Dao - Bui Vien section.
At the dialogue, leaders of the Ward People's Committee and related units listened to the people's thoughts and aspirations to answer specifically, frankly and in detail. At the same time, propagate and mobilize people to agree, comply with regulations, and promptly hand over the site. On the afternoon of September 12, the ward also held a meeting to deploy a plan to enforce land recovery for 37 households in this project to speed up the project's progress.
