The project to build the headquarters of the People's Procuracy of Son La province was approved by the People's Procuracy of this province according to Decision No. 515/QD-VKS dated October 25, 2025.
This project belongs to Group B, with a total investment of 150 billion VND, the People's Procuracy of Son La province is the project investor. The project is built in Group 5, Chieng Sinh ward, Son La province.
According to the reporter's investigation, on December 26, the investor issued a decision approving the contractor selection results of "Paquet No. 16 (HH): Construction and supply, installation of construction equipment" of the project.
The above bidding package belongs to the mixed sector, is widely bidding through the network, with an estimated price of more than 130,000 billion VND from the state budget.
According to the approval decision, the joint venture consisting of 2 contractors: K50 One Member Limited Liability Company, Ngoc Quyet Construction Co., Ltd. - won package No. 16 with a price of more than 130.6 billion VND.
Through understanding the bidding documents of the project, it can be seen that package No. 16 constructs items such as:
Working house combined with a car garage, 2-wheeled parking garage with a usable area of 5,020m2; Public service accommodation house combined with dining hall, kitchen with an area of 700m2; Security and reception house with an area of 93m2; Power generator and pump storage house with an area of 35m2; Sheltered physical training house with an area of 700m2.
Along with that, the bidding package will construct technical infrastructure: Gates, fences, roads, flagpoles, leveling, termite protection, cameras, fire prevention and fighting system, wastewater treatment system, outdoor electricity and water system, green trees...
The deadline for the joint venture of the 2 contractors mentioned above to complete the bidding package is 720 days. The design life of the main project is no less than 50 years.
The goal of the project is to build the headquarters of the People's Procuracy of Son La province at a new land location, ensuring that it meets the requirements for working area for officials, civil servants, and public employees according to current regulations on norms and standards for agency headquarters area.
